FrankAdvice, a Wellington-based policy advisory consultancy, needed a refreshed online presence that could clearly convey their expertise while retaining the human-centred tone of their existing brand. With an established reputation and a soft, illustration-led aesthetic, the challenge was to evolve the design and structure of the site — not replace it — while better showcasing their services and results.
We reimagined the FrankAdvice website with a focus on visual clarity, warmth, and usability. Working within the existing design language, we refined the aesthetic and introduced new custom illustrations and iconography to elevate the visual storytelling across the site. The expanded content structure allowed for deeper articulation of their service offerings, case studies, and impact areas.
To complement this, we also created a new website for FrankCapability — the organisation’s training and course delivery arm. Built on the same framework and visual system, this second site provided clarity around course offerings, user-friendly sign-up flows, and detailed programme information, ensuring consistency across both brands while serving a distinct audience need.
The resulting websites deliver a cohesive digital presence that balances style and substance. FrankAdvice and FrankCapability now have clearly defined, visually engaging platforms that reflect their values and expertise. The updates have been met with strong positive feedback from clients and stakeholders — reinforcing trust and improving engagement across the board.
