Niwa Projects needed a website that clearly communicated their kaupapa-driven mission and differentiated them within a growing sustainable building sector. Their goal was to position themselves as a leading provider of high-performance, energy-efficient homes — while educating homeowners on the value of future-focused construction.

We worked closely with the Niwa Projects team to distil their vision into a compelling digital presence. This included refining their service offering and writing all website content from scratch – ensuring clarity around their core values, process, and point of difference. We also developed custom photographic assets to visually capture their builds and team ethos.

To support long-term growth, we conducted detailed competitor keyword research and implemented a series of SEO landing pages. These were strategically crafted to increase visibility around key search terms tied to sustainable home building in Aotearoa. In parallel, we designed visual identities for their two primary product tiers – Niwa 1 and Niwa 2 – adding structure and brand recognition to their offering.
