Enabling PPCB to represent collective leadership with clarity
The Primary Principals’ Collective Bargaining (PPCB) embodies a modern, collaborative approach to representation within New Zealand’s education sector. Working with Perry Rush, then President of the New Zealand Principals’ Federation, we were tasked with developing a credible identity and online presence for the new organisation.
We began by defining the values and voice of the collective, translating these into a strong visual identity and logo that captured both unity and professionalism. A bespoke photoshoot at Island Bay School provided authentic imagery to ground the brand in real classrooms and leadership contexts.
The resulting brand and website present PPCB as a transparent, forward-looking organisation – one that champions collaboration and gives school leaders a clear, confident platform to engage and be heard.
