Strengthening Trust and Operations With a Digital Overhaul
Vertac, a specialist in rope access, façade remediation, and height safety systems, had an outdated website that didn’t reflect their standing in the industry. Despite working with leading property owners, facility managers, and construction companies, their online presence lacked credibility and clear positioning. Alongside the website redesign, Vertac also needed a secure way to manage staff certifications, inductions, and job documentation internally.
We approached the project with two core objectives: establish Vertac as a market-leading, ISO-certified contractor online, and deliver a practical tool for their team behind the scenes. For the website, we restructured content into SEO-driven service pillars with clear hierarchies, case study proof points, and strong calls-to-action. For design, we emphasised credibility – professional, modern layouts that conveyed trust and technical capability. In parallel, we developed a custom crew management portal: a secure, web-based system to streamline crew inductions, certification tracking, and document access.
Vertac now has a digital platform that builds credibility with clients while supporting operations internally. The public-facing site clearly positions them as New Zealand’s go-to rope access and façade remediation partner, with content optimised for visibility and lead generation. Behind the scenes, the crew management portal has improved efficiency and compliance, giving Vertac a long-term tool tailored to their business needs.
